The Four
Seasons Ballroom is our largest Banquet Space offering
3,140 square feet and is located on the ground floor of
the Hotel. The Ballroom features a large fireplace and
is semi-circular shape with windows around the entire
perimeter offering a view of our duck pond, fountain,
and grounds. Whether you are planning a casual gathering
of close family and friends or a magnificent social gala
for hundreds, the Four Seasons Ballroom is certain to
provide the perfect setting for your celebration.

The Highland
Room is located on the ground floor of the Hotel and
offers 1,125 square feet. The room has an off-white
tiled floor, both fluorescent and incandescent lighting,
and decorative sconces. The lighting can be used to
create an elegant ambiance for hosting a Rehearsal
Dinner or can be alerted to provide sufficient lighting
for a corporate meeting or training school. The room is
often used in conjunction with the Four Seasons Ballroom
for large banquet dinners and wedding receptions as the
host room for an elaborate buffet.

The Blue
Ridge Board Room is located on the bottom floor of the
Annex and offers 1,125 square feet. The room has a large
board room table that accommodates up to 22 people
comfortably in adjustable high back leather chairs. With
large prints of the picturesque Blue Ridge Parkway
adorning the walls, deer antler table lamps, and dark
wood furnishings, the Blue Ridge Board Room presents
perfectly for formal executive meetings or legal affairs
such as depositions, arbitrations, or mediation.

is located on the first floor of the Hotel and offers
1,470 square feet of outdoor space. Host an outdoor
cocktail reception, wedding ceremony, class/family
reunion, or themed dinner on our beautiful flag stone
Terrace overlooking looking the duck pond and grounds.
This space is offered seasonally as weather permits and
will require a back up space in the event of inclement
weather.
